Ramadan Abdul-Azeez
Ramadan Abdul-Azeez is the Founder and President of Blue Marble Analytics, a technology firm dedicated to empowering businesses with data-driven solutions. Since establishing Blue Marble in 2001, Ramadan has combined strategic vision and technical expertise to help organizations navigate the complexities of IT and data analytics.
Ramadan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW). His academic foundation, coupled with his early career experience at Lincoln Financial Group, AON and Ernst & Young, where he audited diverse IT environments, laid the groundwork to position Blue Marble Analytics as a leader in the data and analytics field.
Under his leadership, Blue Marble Analytics has delivered transformative solutions for clients, including State of Vermont, Ford Minority Dealership Association as well as guiding the Wayne Township Trustee Office through over 18 years of seamless technological advancement. From major Microsoft platform migrations to system integrations, his work reflects a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and client success.

Cedric J. Fillmore
Cedric J. Fillmore is the Partner and Vice President of Analytics at Blue Marble Analytics, with over two decades of expertise in data strategy, analytics, and business transformation. His career includes impactful roles at industry-leading organizations like MicroStrategy and IBM, where he worked with some of the nation’s largest healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, and government entities. Before joining Blue Marble Analytics, Cedric led the data and analytics practice at a regional consulting firm, growing it to over $45M in revenue.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Cedric is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders. Since 2016, he has served as Director of the Indianapolis Kappa League, the premier youth development program of the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc., guiding young men of color to excel personally and professionally. With his core values of integrity, wisdom, and faith, Cedric strives to equip future leaders with the skills they need to thrive in their communities and beyond.
Cedric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana Institute of Technology and has completed graduate studies in analytics at Georgia Tech and business strategy at Indiana University. When not working, he enjoys playing tennis and fostering meaningful connections through community involvement. A champion of innovation and mentorship, Cedric is committed to fostering long-term client relationships and building solutions that drive measurable results.
